Our story
MaxClean Restoration started in March 2022 with a simple idea: a family dealing with a flooded basement or a kitchen fire should get a fast answer, a straight explanation and one company that sees the job through from the first wet-vac to the last coat of paint. That's still how we work. Today we handle water, fire and smoke, mold, sewage and biohazard cleanup, storm and tree work, and full reconstruction, so customers don't have to hire a second contractor to put the house back together.
Because our office is in Freehold, we're never far away. Our crews work every day in towns from Freehold and Manalapan to Toms River, Middletown, Old Bridge and Edison.

How we work
We measure instead of guessing. Every job starts with thermal imaging and moisture meters, so we know exactly what's wet. We keep daily readings until materials are back to normal dry levels, and we'll show you those numbers.
We explain what happened. A failed supply line, a sump pump that lost power, a vent that dumps moisture into the attic: we tell you the cause in plain English so it doesn't happen again.
We work with your insurance company. We work directly with your insurance company and send the invoice to your carrier for you; you're responsible for your deductible and anything your policy doesn't cover. Our photos, moisture logs and itemized estimates give your adjuster what they need. In New Jersey, homeowners usually have the right to choose their own restoration contractor.
