Our Work: Before and After Photos

Open 24/7 and usually on site within about an hour in Monmouth, Ocean and Middlesex counties.
These are real MaxClean Restoration jobs, photographed by our team on site: first during the cleanup, then after our reconstruction crew finished the repairs. No stock photos. Each pair shows the same home, so you can see what "back to pre-loss condition" actually looks like.
Most of these jobs started with water: a burst pipe, a failed supply line, a leak behind a kitchen wall. Because we handle both the emergency cleanup and the rebuild, one company took each of these homes from wet to finished.

What happens between the before and the after
- Stop the damage. We arrive, usually within about an hour, stop the water, and set up containment where needed.
- Remove and dry. Wet flooring, drywall and insulation that can't be saved come out. Commercial dehumidifiers and air movers dry the structure while we track moisture readings every day.
- Document. Every room is photographed and measured for your insurance company. We work directly with your insurance company and send the invoice to your carrier for you; you're responsible for your deductible and anything your policy doesn't cover.
- Rebuild. Drywall, flooring, cabinets, tile and paint go back in, and the house is put back together.
